The Scarlet Witch has had a tragic end at Marvel

Undoubtedly one of the most interesting and powerful Marvel characters is the Scarlet Witch, who was taken to the movies by Elizabeth Olsen, making her fame grow exponentially.

The movies where she appeared were definitely a success, to such a degree that she also had a series through the Disney+ platform that generated trend and was well accepted by the public, but now, everything seems to indicate that this character would be coming to an end.

The Scarlet Witch has had a tragic end at Marvel.

Recall that some time ago, the actress who brought her to life, Elizabeth Olsen, said she was ready to leave the role aside, since as we have seen on other streaming platforms, she is pursuing her acting career in a different way to the Marvel universe.

The book ‘MCU: An Official Timeline,’ an official tome that goes over the chronology of the franchise, is the one that has provided the answer as to what would happen to the controversial Scarlet Witch character.

“[Wanda] destroys Wundagore and collapses it upon herself, ending two major threats to the entire Multiverse.”

With these statements people can already come to a conclusion, as there were many theories on social networks about what would happen with Wanda and where her role would go after seeing her with Dr. Strange. Although it is not unusual for certain characters to reappear in the MCU, this is the first confirmation of Wanda’s death after the events of the movie.

Now, it should be noted that in what has been shared, there is no mention of the word -death- so it would not be a surprise if in the future the filmmakers look for a way to return to this character to a new film.
