Chen, of the K-Pop group EXO, recently held an intimate wedding ceremony with his closest friends and family. The event was not public to maintain the privacy of his non-celebrity wife, although some attendees shared part of the celebration on social networks.
The idol, for the most part, had received only positive and pleasant comments during his most romantic moment and even more when one of the wedding videos was shared, where he could be seen practicing a song that he would sing for his wife that afternoon.
Almost immediately, fans recognized the song titled ‘Best Luck’, part of the soundtrack of the 2014 K-drama ‘It’s Okay, That’s Love’, leaving all his followers amazed by the cute gesture that the singer thought he had with his wife during the ceremony.
However, another video was shared that showed the South Korean idol singing the song ‘Don’t Go’, by his group EXO, a song that had been declared a ‘fan song‘ in 2013 as a thank you to the fans, symbolizing the growing and faithful relationship with the EXO-L fandom.
Therefore, this act was not liked by the followers, who shared their opinions through social networks: “Songs with so much meaning should remain intact“, adding, “‘Angel’ and ‘Don’t Go’ are fan-only songs; this is inappropriate“.

Netizens felt contempt for the idol. “We, the fans, continue to accept Chen in any way, even after all the rumors surrounding EXO since his sudden announcement of his wife’s pregnancy, but he doesn’t even show any gesture of affection for the fans who made an effort to understand him“.
What do you think about EXO’s Chen singing the fandom song titled ‘Don’t Go‘ to his wife at his wedding? Is this inappropriate?
