TXT earns their fourth top 5 entry on the Billboard 200

TXT has gained the fans’ hearts with their incredible talent and charming personalities. After the boyband released, “The Name Chapter: FREEFALL” on October 13, history was written because they earned their fourth top 5 entry on the Billboard Hot 200, which is an amazing milestone for the group.

TXT promoted their album with a couple of teasers and concept photos, which gave the audience urban, dark, and melancholic aesthetics, as TXT explores new phases of their lives. The idols kept the hyping atmosphere until the release date with the music video for their title track, “Chasing That Feeling.”

In addition, the boys haven’t only triumphed in the United States, but also in their hometowns. For example, Hanteo Chart announced they accumulated 1,927,363 copies sold on the first day of its release. TXT’s fans, better known as the MOA, were incredibly proud because they were pretty close to breaking their own personal record set with “The Name Chapter: Temptation,” which got 2.1 million units sold in the first week in one day.

TXT debuted on at the number 3 spot on the Billboard 200,  with 114,500 copies distributed in 11.53 million on-demand streams and 106,000 pure sales. This marks the idols’ fourth top 5 entry on the Billboard 200 which demonstrates their great influence in the K-pop scene overseas.
