Britney Army, get ready! Our pop princess, Britney Spears, has been spilling some flipping hot tea ahead of the release of her new memoir, “The Woman in Me.” Even before it drops, the lines in the book already have some shocking lines that reveal everything our princess went through in her life, including that teenage dream romance she had with Justin Timberlake.
Throwback to 1999: this iconic pop duo started dating, back when both were at the top of a meteoric rise to fame. Britney and Justin stayed together for a few years, before calling it quits in March 2002.
But this was not just some innocent fairy tale. As we told you a few days ago, Brit and JT actually almost had a baby together, but the “Sexyback” superstar didn’t have any plans to be a dad, so Britney interrupted the pregnancy.
“If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it, and yet, Justin was so sure that he didn’t want to be a father. To this day, it’s one of the most agonizing things I have ever experienced in my life, Britney spilled in her memoir.”
After these intriguing revelations, Britney Spears stans, also known as the Britney Army, finally understand what her song “Everytime” is actually about. Back in 2003, everyone thought this track was Brit’s apology letter to Justin Timberlake, who suggested their romance ended because she cheated on him in his bop “Cry Me A River.”
But plot twist! It turns out the meaning of “Everytime” probably is much deeper than apologizing to your ex. For example, the official video has Britney in the hospital, after arguing with her boyfriend in the video. Then, we can see how a mother gives birth to her child in the emergency room, while doctors try to save the life of another patient that looks too much like Britney.
Following these confessions, the Britney Army showed their love and empathy for their diva, and some felt sorry for all the pain she went through at such a young age.
