BTS’ Jungkook has always been well known because of his amazing performing skills and stage presence wherever he goes. His talent and charisma have made him one of the most requested and beloved idols in the K-pop scene and the MTV EMAs are completely aware of it, that’s why he was announced as one of the performers of the ceremony.
The Golden Maknae met success and critical acclaim with the first two singles off his album, “GOLDEN,” which became quickly in global phenomenons and subsequently viral on every social media. This time, the idol is set to embark on a journey to promote his album overseas.
Previously, Jungkook performed “3D” at Music Bank as part of the schedule of GOLDEN. However, this marks the only performance from the idol since the start of his music solo career because he never performed “Seven” in a South Korean music program.
On October 17, MTV EMAs revealed the lineup of performers for their upcoming awards show, and the fans quickly noticed Jungkook was included. This special night might be the first time Jungkook took home awards for “Best K-pop,” “Biggest Fans” and “Best Song” for “Seven” featuring Latto.
Undoubtedly this is a great surprise for BTS’ Jungkook’s fans, better known as, the ARMY, because it is one of the first times the idol is going to make a live performance. The 2023 MTV Europe Music Awards is taking place in Paris on November 5, and his debut album, “GOLDEN” is set to be premiered on November 3, you can watch Jungkook’s latest performance below:
