BLACKPINK’s Jisoo has broken a record on Spotify with her debut single, “FLOWER”

BLACKPINK’s Jisoo has always been the talk of the town because of her astonishing talent and her debut single, “FLOWER.” With this track, the Idol found her way to captivate the general public and her formula didn’t fail at all after she broke a record on Spotify.

Jisoo’s solo debut quickly became a global phenomenon after being the last one to debut as a solo artist from BLACKPINK. However, being the last meant being the most successful among Lisa, Jennie, and Rosé. so, the artist emerged victorious with one of the greatest launches by a Korean artist.

Jisoo’s reign keeps being at the top of the game after she demonstrated her great influence and power in the K-pop scene by reaching 300 million streams with her song, “FLOWER” on Spotify. This astonishing milestone became a record because this feat was accomplished in just 196 days and consecrated the song as the fastest song by a Korean soloist to do so on the platform.

In addition, “FLOWER” became the first one to reach this milestone in 2023. This amazing record joined BLACKPINK’s Lisa as the only Kpop female soloist with the fastest songs in history on the platform to surpass 300 million streams on Spotify which demonstrated the great influence of BLACKPINK.
