Madonna worried the world when it was known that she got sick and had to cancel her tour, but apparently, it wasn’t as serious as we thought, as Madonna is ready to travel the world with her music.
Madonna has earned the title of the queen of pop for a reason, since her music has marked too many generations with all the eras she has brought to light and that is why right now Madonna is on a world tour that has recently started.
The undisputed queen of pop, Madonna, is ready to tour the world with a big stage and a group of professional dancers to accompany her to sing her most iconic songs and after a big scare, now the interpreter of Like a Virgin is ready to sing her greatest hits worldwide.
Madonna officially starts her tour after suspending it for health reasons
Madonna kicked off her tour at the O2 in London, with approximately 20,000 spectators in the venue, a stop that was scheduled before she had to cancel due to health issues, as it should be remembered that the famous singer is 65 years old.
The New York Times reports that the show was delayed for 30 minutes due to technical problems:
“This is exactly what you don’t want to happen on your opening night, so it wasn’t planned. Sorry.”
The first show of the tour had a few technical problems, but nothing to worry the audience, as Madonna didn’t hesitate to come out and sing her most famous and iconic songs that have established her as the superstar she has always been.
She also addressed her June health crisis, “It was a crazy year for me and I didn’t think I was going to make it. I erased five days from my life,” she revealed. “But the angels were protecting me and my kids were there and my kids always save me every time. And if you want to know a secret of how I survived, I thought, ‘I have to survive for them. I have to survive for my children.'”
