YG entertainment through its social networks shared a photo that said ‘coming soon’, thus indicating that there is little time left for the debut of BABYMONSTERS, generating a lot of excitement among fans who had been waiting for it in September as expected.
However, in the middle of this excitement, rumors have emerged indicating that one of the members, Ahyeon, would be leaving the group before her debut in the group. Despite this strong speculation, the agency did not mention it in its last update.
In the recent updates YG explained the reason why the delay was completely necessary, and that is that they wanted to make the best possible release and for that reason they had to choose the perfect song, now that they already have it, the only thing missing is the video that will be recorded at the end of October.
The company explained: “We were very careful in selecting the title song to be able to pay fans with the highest quality“, and confirmed the date for the official debut “All preparations are complete, now we will continue working full speed ahead so BABYMONSTER can debut in November. Please give them your attention“.
In this latest news, YG Entertainment did not mention the lineup of this group, which caused more intrigue regarding Ahyeon’s supposed departure. Which also intensified when at the last concert in Seoul of BLACKPINK’s ‘BORN PINK’ tour, only six of the seven members of the emerging group could be seen, since the idol was absent.
For his part, a representative has calmed speculation by sharing with JTCB that the idol “is also preparing for her debut“, however she did not specify whether this debut will be as part of BABYMONSTER or another girl group.
