This is how Chris Hemsworth’s life changed after discovering his risk of suffering Alzheimer

In a recent interview, the famous actor Chris Hemsworth has shared the changes he has had to make in his life after revealing his health diagnosis, where he exposed his high risk of suffering from Alzheimer in the future.

The interpreter of ‘Thor’ in the Marvel movies had a recent conversation with Men’s Health magazine where he shared his current routine and how he gives great importance to certain aspects of his life that he did not pay a lot of attention before his diagnosis.

Hemsworth shared that he began to incorporate brain exercise into his training routine, in addition to taking time to enjoy solitude and be at peace with himself.

I’m incorporating more solitude into my life“, Hemsworth said.

I’ve always been pretty consistent with my exercise commitments, but lately I’ve really felt the importance of taking time for yourself without any outside voices or stimuli and spending time in stillness“.

In addition, he has proven to be totally committed to his physical and mental health by adding exercises to his routine that help foster his peace.

I do a lot of meditation and breath work, especially during sauna and ice bath routines. My favorite mindfulness work comes from immersion in physical activities, which allow me to be fully present and force me to get out of my head and enter my body“.

I try to stay away from screens an hour before bed; reading most nights helps me“, the actor added.

I work on not being attached to every thought and not being an observer of the noise.”

On the other hand, the actor seems to be working on the third installment of the successful saga ‘Extraction‘ of the streaming platform Netflix, which was confirmed in the service’s last TUDUM event, we just have to wait for the next updates.

What do you think of the new change in Chris Hemsworth’s life due to his risk of having Alzheimer’s?
