This is the post-apocalyptic series that surpasses ‘The 100’

Among the sci-fi productions that exist there is one in particular that gained the appreciation of the entire public due to its incredible story, it is the one titled ‘The 100‘ available on Netflix, a series that to this day remains one of the most popular among this genre, however, one has arrived that could surpass it.

‘The 100’ premiered in 2014, it has 7 seasons and 100 episodes in total, it tells as years after an apocalypse, the only surviving humans are on a space station, finding themselves without resources they are forced to send 100 prisoners to check if the Earth is habitable.

After its seventh and final season premiered in 2021, the series titled ‘La Brea‘ was released in September of the same year, which unites the genres of Science Fiction, Thriller and Drama in a production that consists of 2 seasons and 24 chapters in total. Also, the third installment as confirmed and is currently expected by viewers.

This is the story of a family that is separated when a huge hole opens in downtown Los Angeles. When the mother and son are dragged into the depths of it, finding themselves trapped in a mysterious and dangerous land, the father and daughter face different situations to reunite and rescue them.

This production available on the Amazon Prime streaming platform was created by David Appelbaum and its cast features actors such as Natalie Zea, Eoin Macken, Zyra Gorecki and Jack Martin, who bring the main characters to life.
