Gerard Piqué and Shakira sell all their properties in Spain

The relationship of Colombian singer Shakira and former soccer player Gerard Piqué is still in different agreements, since it is not only about custody issues, it also has to do with the money they shared together.

Both celebrities have different properties around the world. Now, as part of the agreements they have commented on, is what will happen with the properties in Spain that they had, and now they have decided to sell them.

They intend to sell three mansions with a total value of 15 million dollars, which would be distributed equally.

The house shared by the ex-couple in Barcelona, near the house of the “Waka Waka” singer’s parents and a place that has been the scene of several controversial moments in their media separation, is one of the properties to be sold.

The former Barcelona FC player no longer resides in that place, but has acquired a house in the outskirts of the city where he spends his time with his partner, Clara Chia Marti, who was the main protagonist of the separation of the Catalan with the Latin star.

Now the Colombian singer is living in Miami with her two young children, so she is following a new stage where she will no longer need the properties she has lived in at some point.
