On September 20, the group announced details for their highly anticipated comeback for their 11th mini album called ‘SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN’ which is set to be released on October 23, and at the same time, revealed a schedule for their fans anticipates their furor towards their new music.
SEVENTEEN made a buzz and caused a furor among the Carat after releasing “OPENING CEREMONY” an animated video that was described as vibrant and engaging. This first trailer teases an elaborate festive stage located in the serene surroundings of a field, the video shows a vivid picture of excitement and anticipation for those who are eagerly waiting for their return.
SEVENTEEN has made history before by breaking an astonishing record of 6 million album sales with their 10th mini album, ‘FML’ which solidified their status as trendsetters in the K-pop scene. In addition, ‘FML’ also broke the record for the highest first-week sales on the Hanteo Chart and surpassed BTS’ Record for the most pre-ordered K-pop album with 4.64 million pre-orders.
