The Colombian actress will play Griselda Blanco in a miniseries of about six episodes. In addition, she will be the creator and executive producer of the series, along with an outstanding production team that has worked on narco series in the past.

This new installment will premiere on January 25, 2024 and is based on the life of ambitious Colombian businesswoman Griselda Blanco, who was the mother, founder and savvy entrepreneur of one of the most profitable drug cartels in history. The cunning and charm of this woman help her to reach her big goal in the city of Miami in the 70’s and 80’s, and this led her to be known as “La Madrina” (the Godmother).
