BigHit Music, the agency behind the famous K-Pop group BTS, has announced the soon military service enlistment of the remaining members, ensuring that they will leave before the end of this year 2023, saddening their fans around the world.
After the members announced their hiatus from group activities to begin their military service in addition to launching their solo projects, Jin and J-Hope were the first to join, and Suga the third, having joined just a few days ago.
This September 26th, the agency announced that the remaining members, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook will begin their military service before the end of 2023, ensuring that the idols already have everything ready to go to serve their nation.
For its part, the agency also shared in its statement that this departure of the members will be gradual and not a group one, which means that they will leave one after the other, and taking into account that Jimin and RM have completed their stage of solo releases, they are expected to be the first.
“We will announce enlistment plans for the remaining BTS members in sequential order within this year“, the statement said.
In addition, the agency has also confirmed that all the members have renewed their contracts and with this they will reunite in 2025 for their musical comeback.
“All BTS members have completed their second contract renewals. Members currently serving in the military will complete their military service in 2025 and their new contracts will begin then“.
This can be a reminder for their fans, who must also be ready to say goodbye to their idols and wait for them until their next return in the year 2025, as they have already planned for their musical comeback as a group.
