This is the series created by Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg that is being a hit on Netflix.

Band of Brothers is a war production based on real events about the Second World War, which tells the terrible days lived by a company of American soldiers fresh out of boot camp while raiding enemy territory in the bowels of Europe. With little or no battlefield experience, the squadron must face a strong German army.

The production is classified as a miniseries and consists of 10 episodes. The premiere took place on September 9, 2001, just days before the terrible catastrophe that struck the United States with the Twin Towers. Featured actors include Damian Lewis, Ron Livingston, Scott Grimes, Colin Hanks and Rick Gomez.

Based on the book by historian Stephen E. Ambrose, it is without a doubt a production not to be missed.

What do you think about it? Did you like the series? Would you like to see more content from both filmmakers?
