Kpop boygroup NCT 127 launches exciting “Fact Checkmate” series ahead of their upcoming album

NCT has been non-stop this year, as they usually are. The NCT 127 subunit released “DJ” and “Ay-Yo,” along with a repackage album, in January. They also culminated their “Neo City – The Link” tour in the same month, and now are getting ready to hit the stage again with a brand-new album and song.

To promote their new project, the 9-piece signing, rapping and dancing boy band released a new series named “Fact Checkmate,” ahead of their new album. The NCT 127 boys have taken advantage of Halloween being around the corner and dropped the first episode of the series, “Fact Resort Auction House Murder.”

For episode 1 of this YouTube show, members will be placed in an auction house that only selected VIPs can attend. However, they suddenly find themselves involved in a crime, each with their own story to tell as suspects in a murder case. The boys will interpret different people with a job that corresponds to the crime scene.

For example, Doyoung will be 32-year-old auctioneer, Haechan will be a contract worker at Fact Resort, Johnny is set to be the collector, Yuta the detective, Jungwoo will play the role of a soccer player, Mark is going to be the secretary, Taeyong is a journalist and, finally Jaehyun will play the role of the successor of the multimillionaire Jamal Hotel.

This unusual series is set to bring some mystery, and of course, some incredible YouTube content to promote NCT 127’s highly anticipated new album, which has been teased with a sneak-peak video and some concept photos across social media.
