Shakira’s ex-mother-in-law accuses her of taking her grandchildren away from her

It’s no secret that the relationship Shakira had with Gerard Piqué’s family was not what everyone expected, as apparently, none of her in-laws were very happy being with her and apparently, the nightmare is not over.

Shakira has been accused once again of not wanting her children to be part of Piqué’s life, as she is apparently insisting that he has no contact with them.

A few months ago there was a rumor that Shakira did not want Gerard Piqué to relate her children to her new life, it has even been said that she forbade the children to be near Clara Chia and that this would be one of the reasons why Piqué wanted to go to court again and talk about the custody of the children.

In his last visit to Spain, the grandmother of Pique’s children experienced a cold and distant attitude from the minors, according to the Spanish magazine Lecturas. He was not very happy with this situation.

According to a source close to the Piqué family, Shakira’s children would no longer enjoy time with their grandparents due to their tendency to be constantly on their cell phone.

“The kids were more focused on their cell phones than enjoying the day and Montserrat told Gerard: ‘Stop this already. It can’t be that the kids don’t even want to go to the mountain because of the phone,'” the source said.

They have even said that the children no longer refer to their grandparents in the same way and no longer call them by the cute nickname they used to.
