Aquaman director James Wan talks about a third movie

It is still not really known what will be the fate of the Aquaman movies, even on the internet there has been a lot of teasing that Warner does not want to support that movie anymore and is not willing to invest more money, despite that, the director, James Wan, has talked about things that intrigued the audience.

More and more news are coming out about the tragic fate of Aquaman, as the film has not received good reviews in its test screenings, as well as new news about how difficult it was to film Aquaman 2 for actress Amber Heard.

In his most recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, James Wan stated that there are still plenty of stories to be told about Aquaman. The filmmaker focused on the possibility of a third installment and described its development in case DC Studios ends its production.

“What I like between this one and the first one is that you really see Arthur’s growth. He starts out as kind of a drifter, and in the second one he finally has a clearer direction of what he wants to do with his life.”

People couldn’t help but react to the news that James Wan would like to continue with the project, as it’s not even known how much it will take at the box office, but speculation says that Aquaman 2 will be quite the flop, as several of the superhero movies that have come out lately have been.

Despite the interest that the director might have, a third installment has not been confirmed and… to be honest, it’s doubtful that it will ever happen.
