Disney’s blunt statement about the alleged failure of the live-action of ‘The Little Mermaid’

Disney was in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons after it premiered ‘The Little Mermaid’ and ‘Elemental’ because the detractors pointed out they were a complete failure in the box score. After months of speculations and harsh comments, Disney decided to release a statement addressing the alleged failure of its movies.

Media outlets and the general public cataloged ‘The Little Mermaid’ as one of the biggest failures from Disney on the silver screen in 2023. Walt Disney Pictures clapped back by releasing a blunt statement where is evidenced the reality is the opposite of what the media tried to show.

According to the report, After ‘The Little Mermaid’ premiered on Disney +, met success with an astonishing 16 million views milestone in only five days. The report vanished the detractors’ arguments and showed the resilience of the movie.
