Stephen King’s new movie finally has a premiere date in the United States. We are talking about “Pet Sematary: Bloodlines,” which is the prequel to the 2019 film Pet Sematary. The film has officially unveiled a spooky and amazing trailer for supernatural horror fans to see!
Stephen King has been critically acclaimed for his work in supernatural horror novels and suspense. The writer has become so prolific to the point where some of his works have already been adapted into movies. For example, “IT,” which is a movie based on the book of the same name and, of course, “Pet Sematary,” released in 2019 and based on Stephen King’s book as well.
Fans have been waiting for the release of the prequel, which is finally going to premiere on Friday, October 6 on Paramount+ in the United States and Saturday, October 7 in the rest of the world, most likely in other international streaming platforms.
The movie is going to be set in Ludlow, Maine and will see youngster Jud Crandall, who dreams about leaving his city. However, before doing that, he finds out that there are a bunch of dark secrets buried in a cemetery. As a result, he will have to fight a family legacy that has stormed Ludlow since forever.
The film is directed by Lindsey Anderson Beer, and the script was written by Beer and Jeff Buhler. Even before its release, people are predicting it might be a huge success, so the film will make an appearance in the Paramount+ Peak Streaming collection. In addition, the film will be Rated R, which means it will contain inappropriate language and violent scenes.
