First details of Harry Potter series on HBO revealed

Apparently, despite the publication of his books many years ago, Harry Potter is far from going out of fashion, as he has a plethora of productions in the pipeline that excite fans of the magical world.

For many people, one of the books and movies that most marked their lives has been Harry Potter, as they have grown up with the story of the most famous wizard in the world, to such an extent that there are not only movies, there are also plays, precedents and now, a series.

When the news broke that Harry Potter would have a series developed by HBO, people began to doubt what the quality would be, but as time goes by, more information has been shared about the series that could break records if it does well.

One of the producers of the new TV series based on the Wizarding World has suggested that the series will follow J.K. Rowling’s books even more closely than the Warner Bros. movies.

David Heyman is the one who has informed the portal Total Film about the status of the HBO Max series. He also made it clear that it will not premiere anytime soon:

“It’s still early. We haven’t even looked for a writer to start writing the first script because it’s still a little early. However, hopefully it will be something very special for the fans, and give us the privilege of reading the books and enjoying a series that explores their pages more deeply than the movies,” he said.

Undoubtedly, the fact that HBO is making this series excites the public a lot, since the platform has been characterized by having high quality productions.
