A year ago in the UK one of the most complicated moments among the citizens happened, Queen Elizabeth II passed away leaving the throne to her son King Charles, since then, the royal life has changed completely.
People were extremely affected by the loss of the queen, but her relatives are the ones who resented it the most, I could say that even Princess Kate Middleton and her husband, Prince William, have suffered greatly the loss of the queen and have been saddened.
The Prince and Princess of Wales are captured really sad one year after the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
Prince William and Kate Middleton went to Wales to attend a service honoring the departure of Elizabeth II, the former leader of the British crown.
Although Kate Middleton looked sad as she gave flowers to the late mother of King Charles III alongside her husband, her face changed dramatically when she finally posed next to the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. In a moment of silence and sadness, the two, visibly moved, stood solemnly before the photograph.
The cameras were able to capture the moment and the expression of the royal members honoring and grieving the loss of the queen.
The event, titled “an act of reflection for the day of accession,” included several prayers in Welsh and English. An incredibly moving moment came with the singing of “Thou Knowest, Lord, the Secrets of Our Hearts,” which evoked the sadness of Queen Elizabeth’s funeral.
The memorial post was accompanied with a small, but poignant caption, “A moment of reflection at St Davids Cathedral in honor of Her Late Majesty and all she did for communities like this across the UK, the Commonwealth and the world.”
We hope the queen Rest in Peace.
