‘One Piece’ sweeps Netflix, but fails to break Wednesday’s record

During its first week on Netflix, One Piece had 18.5 million views from August 28 to September 3. However, this is significantly lower than the 43 million that Wednesday garnered.

Debate now arises as to how this new production will develop in the coming weeks due to its considerable budget and because it must prove that it will be profitable for Netflix to adopt it for a second season.

On Wednesday’s side, it is known that a second season will be coming soon and all the people who learned her dance steps can’t wait to follow the adventures of this interesting teenager.

One Piece remains in the top 10 in 96 countries, so it is expected that in its second week of counting, it will also register very good numbers.
