Jeon Somi confesses she had a relationship with Chaeyoung of TWICE

Jeon Somi and Chaeyoung of TWICE are two forces to be reckoned with in the K-pop scene. Both idols have gone to be extremely successful, with one of them being a popular solo artist and the other one as a member of the massive girl group TWICE. Recently, the pair had a very spicy and funny talk in a variety show.

It all happened when the TWICE member was invited to the “Yes or Hot” show, which is hosted by Somi herself. During the casual interview, both K-pop idols started looking back on their times as trainees, before they even had the chance to debut in the South Korean entertainment industry. Suddenly, Jeon Somi insisted on the fact that she had had a relationship with her long-time friend Chaeyoung, who seemed to be a little bit confused after the revelation.

Chaeyoung has known Jeon Somi for more than 8 years, as both girls took part of the SIXTEEN survival show, which aired during 2015 with the intention to find the right members for TWICE. Fortunately, we all know the results now and Chaeyoung was selected as a member for the group, but Jeon Somi did not make it to the group and decided to start a solo career instead.

As they were talking, Somi stated that she had “put all her puberty” on the TWICE member and confessed that they both “dated.” Chaeyoung quickly reacted to this by smiling and laughing at the declaration, which was probably a joke.

After this, the “Alcohol Free” singer said in the interview that she remembered when Somi got mad at her when she stated hanging out with the other members in the survival show in 2015. Somi quickly reacted to this and admitted she was jealous of Chaeyoung not interacting with her as much in 2015. In response, Chaeyoung said that Somi’s behavior was “cute.”
