The reputation of King Charles III is again severely criticized, when the monarch of the United Kingdom obtained a benefit, which comes from the inheritance of his mother, the late Queen Elizabeth II, which has completely outraged the British population increasing his rejection as head of state of the nation.
Recent reports from different media reported and confirmed that the British monarch would have already received his part of the inheritance from his mother and late Queen of the United Kingdom, who passed away on September 8th, 2022, leaving her son Charles III as the legitimate king.
However, what caused special outrage among the British population was the fact that the monarch should not have paid taxes when receiving this sum of money. This is due to a legal clause imposed by former Prime Minister John Major in 1993, which exempts members of royalty from paying such taxes.
In accordance with this clause, members of royalty may receive any inheritance of large amounts that exceed 325,000 euros in assets, without paying 40% of tax that he would be due.
In addition to the monetary sum, King Charles II received several properties that belonged to the late Queen as part of the inheritance, which he has received without conditions or agreements, thus increasing his fortune to more than 750 million euros.
