BTS’ V could not hide his hype about Danielle of NewJeans, he was totally exposed

Recently, NewJeans member Danielle sang “Rainy Days,” the new track by V of BTS. This cover left the 27-year-old idol totally speechless!

As you probably know, V is currently promoting his debut album titled “Layover,” so thousands of fans have made sure to have the tracks on repeat for everyone to listen to the idol’s new project. However, the “Love Me Again” singer was probably not expecting to have one of his very own songs covered by one of the most popular girls in K-pop. That’s right, Danielle of NewJeans surprised both BTS fans, known as the ARMY, and her own fans, known as Bunnies, with this great rendition.

Danielle’s cover is already available on NewJeans’ official YouTube channel. In the video, she stated that after hearing the song, she had a nostalgic feeling and that it “resonated” with her so much, in spite of her not having gone through the same love difficulty described in the song. After the rendition was posted, ARMY did not hesitate to let Taehyung (V’s real name) know about the cover. The K-pop idol reacted to Danielle’s video and he let fans know how he felt after listening to the 18-year-old singer.

In the video, fans can get to see V’s surprised face after hearing Danielle’s vocals on his song. In addition, he seemed to be very happy with the rendition and could not help but smile and clap at the young idol’s rendition of “Rainy Days” with her. It appears to be that he totally surrendered to Danielle’s charm!
