‘The Winter King’ is already dethroning ‘Game of Thrones’

‘The Winter King’ is emerging victorious from becoming one of the most popular series nowadays, dethroning ‘Game of Thrones.’ This series set in the fifth century captivated fans around the world because of its mystic and dramatic plot, which promises to become a global phenomenon.

Despite the fact that Game of Thrones’ plot was hugely acclaimed by the critics and the general public (because of the great adaptation of George R.R. Martin’s books) the fans weren’t quite pleased by the final episode of the series. They accused the directors of giving an incomplete and confusing ending to the series, ending the originality and quality that was characteristic of the series since its first season.

Then, ‘The Winter King’ gained momentum because of his great ending which pleased the fans, and didn’t hesitate to compare it with ‘Game Of Thrones’ finale episode. They stated this was better produced and had a clear objective.

This first season was based on ‘The Winter King’ and it is expected to keep the sequels with ‘Enemy of God’ and ‘Excalibur: A Novel of Arthur.’
