In recent days, Bang Chan, leader of the boy group Stray Kids, broke his silence on the controversy that has arisen from an alleged decision by his agency JYP Entertainment, an act that caused his followers to come out to protest against the company for “discrimination against the artist“.
The famous singer has saddened his fans by announcing that he was forced to close his virtual space with which he shares with his followers through live broadcasts called ‘Chan’s Room‘ for no apparent reason, causing controversy with the renowned company.
According to the artist himself, it was the company that ordered him to end these broadcasts, an activity that he did with his fans every week since 2019. The artist broke his silence with the following statement:
“I can’t do lives anymore so I’ll have to retire, I want to do it, but the company tells me not to do it anymore“.
“I didn’t want to give out the information like this, but please don’t expect more space for the channies anymore. Like I always said, it’s the companies! I’m tired of them thinking it’s my choice, but it’s not, and here’s the proof“.

For their part, the fans of the K-Pop group have come out to protest for this decision by the company, and even taking protest trucks to show their disagreement with having ended this important space for fans with their idol.
However, Bang Chan confused fans with some messages stating that “his actions were by his own decision“, possibly with the intention that his followers forget his previous words and as if the end of ‘Chan’s Room’ had been his decision.
