These are the favorites to take the Miss Universe 2023 crown

Miss Universe 2023 is about to arrive and despite all the controversy that was generated in its last edition, there are already some names that stand out from the rest and there are already some favorites to the crown to fulfill her reign.

Miss universe is about to arrive once again and all the people who follow the beauty pageants have been very happy with the participants, and they would even have names of the models they would love to see in the grand finale and of course, taking the crown to their country.

The next edition of the pageant will take place on November 18 in El Salvador, where more than 90 countries with their respective representatives will fight to win the much-desired crown. But like any competition, there is a select group that, according to experts, have the best chances of winning.

Miss France: Diane Leyre was the winner of Miss France last year 2022, however she decided not to compete in any international contest that year. A few months ago, the French organization announced that Leyre, 26 years old, would be its representative in Miss Universe 2023. This young model is also an announcer and is being considered as one of the strongest candidates of the upcoming edition.

Miss Nicaragua: Sheynnis Palacios was crowned Miss Nicaragua Universe 2023 and immediately became one of the most expected candidates for the international competition. The young woman is only 23 years old, but she already won the crowns of Miss Teen Nicaragua 2016 and Miss World Nicaragua 2020. Palacios competed in Miss World 2021-2022, held in Puerto Rico in March 2022, where she placed in the Top 40 of the pageant.

Miss Thailand: Antonia Porsild is a 26-year-old actress and model, born in India and the daughter of a Danish father and a Thai mother. The Thai beauty queen has studies in public relations and communications. She will be looking for her country to qualify again in the semifinalist group for the first time after two years. She is also known for winning Miss Supranational in 2019.

Miss Peru: Camila Escribens was chosen as Miss Peru 2023 last May. The 24-year-old model was born in the South American country but lived all her life in the United States. She studied International Business and is an athlete in the high jump discipline. In addition, she had a brief stint on TV in the program ‘Mi gente dice’, in which she shared work with ‘Paco’ Bazán.
