Goodbye Netflix!: Thanks to Google you can now watch more than 1000 channels for free

Google has released a new function where it will allow its users to see more than 1000 channels with content available for free, which could mean great competition for Netflix and other streaming platforms worldwide.

It is an application called ‘Google TV‘ that seeks to combat large on-demand platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and HBO Max, bringing entertainment to people around the world, even those who cannot afford these platforms.

The application will have more than 1000 free channels available from different regions of the world, where you can find local news from those places, international programs, as well as series and movies in all languages.

Among these available channels are Tubi, Plex, Haystack News and Pluto TV, among others that have not yet been announced. In addition, it was also revealed that this application could be used on smart TVs, drawing the attention of many potential users.

With this new feature, Google will be a new competitor to Netflix and the other major on-demand streaming platforms, seeking to ensure its dominance in a new market.
