This is how terrifying Disney princesses would be if they were villains in horror movies.
It seems to be becoming a trend to use characters from yesteryear and make them terrifying characters, such as Winnie the Pooh in the production Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey, but have you ever wondered what princesses would look like as villains?
We may soon see Bambi as a lethal machine, but what if princesses also had a completely dark and terrifying side?
Cinderella: Pretty disturbing art, as she emerges from a magic pumpkin, with button eyes and patches on her limbs, totally transformed into a straw doll, where she will most likely take her ‘sweet revenge’ on her stepsisters and stepmother.
Snow White: Who will go from being the most defenseless princess of all, to the most bloodthirsty, affected by the witch’s evil enchantment, subduing and turning the 7 dwarfs into beastly beings hungry for flesh.
Mulan: The warrior who defeated the Mongol hordes that invaded China, in a dark version, where she died at the hands of the enemy and was revived by the dragon spirit that accompanied her, with a zombified appearance and full of brutal wounds, ready to undertake her massacre against the Mongols and anyone who gets in her way.
Sleeping Beauty: a great concept of terror, and very disturbing if we take as synopsis the conspiracy of the “charming” prince, where he abuses Aurora, while she is affected by the curse, she cannot wake up, but she can hear and feel everything, tired of everything she manages to develop her curse to another level, being able to satiate her impotence and anger through sleepwalking, where her first victim is clear, and “charming”.
Definitely horror is the ideal genre to imagine a completely different story, since everything can be adapted to a terrifying universe and in this case, the terrible villain-protagonists would be the same princesses of fairy tales.
