Game of Thrones series ended because of this serious mistake, according to its creator
So far Game of Thrones is still considered one of the best series in history, although many did not enjoy the dramatic ending it had, but this could have a reason and it would be a terrible mistake that its creator has already confirmed.
After a great number of seasons and millions of fans, came the worst nightmare of people, the end of the series they loved the most, Game of Thrones. Although we already have content such as a spin off, it is still not as mediatic and important as GOT was, and apparently, this iconic series would have come to an end because of a terrible and serious mistake.
Now it has been disclosed a letter written by George R.R. Martin himself, creator of the story, which details a big mistake for the series and that was written for the Song of Ice and Fire. The writer had originally planned to write a trilogy at that time in 1993, however, the twists of the story were going to be very different from how they culminated in the eighth season.
Apparently, Arya would be in a love triangle with Jon Snow and Tyrion, and Sansa would be pregnant with Joffrey’s child. However, this letter had a blocked paragraph, which could not be completed in a concrete way.
Based on the theories that have emerged, Bran would sit on the Iron Throne, but, Jon Snow would become his enemy, while in the North Daenerys, would have prepared his total invasion.
Regardless of George R.R. Martin’s original plan, the author acknowledged that the story needed much more time to develop.
