Barbie is very close to surpassing ‘Super Mario Bros: The Movie’, and conservatives don’t like that
For many years in 2023 movies may be remembered, as many things are happening not only the actor’s strike that is happening in Hollywood causing many of the big Hollywood productions to delay, but also the arrival of specific movies. Let’s start with Super Mario Bros followed by Barbie and of course Oppenheimer but these are the first two titles that will be talked about now as breaking a record.
Recently was released the Barbie movie starring Margot Robbie, being one of the most popular and expected movies of the last years, offered by Warner production company, but apparently this movie would be about to overcome a big cut of the Super Mario movie.
The animated movie Super Mario Bros made more than 1300 million dollars worldwide, being an extremely successful movie and loved by all the audience, but now Barbie has arrived and despite all the intolerance of groups against the LGBT movements, the film has generated an exorbitant amount of money being a great success at the box office.
Apparently the movie could be defined as a character of all kinds a message aimed at gender polarization, Barbie represents everything that a conservative person opposes making these are not so happy with the success of the film. Currently Barbie has collected 1200 million dollars worldwide being nothing to exceed the figure of Super Mario Bros Movie.
