The renowned director Christopher Nolan has always given the opportunity to the actor Cillian Murpy to appear in his films with important but secondary roles, but this time he decided to give him the main role in the biographical film of the physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer, and it was proved that it was the right decision.

The Irish actor recently had an interview with The Independent in which he was given to decide which other film by Director Christopher Nolan he would like to act in, to which he replied ‘Interstellar‘, which starred Matthew McConaughey.
“I love ‘Interstellar’ because I find it incredibly emotional“, Murphy said.
“I remember seeing it in the cinema. It made a big impact on me and at the same time it broke my heart. I like to watch Nolan’s movies when I’m not in them, because I can always get a surprise that moves me“, added the actor.
Despite not having been in the movie, the actor acknowledges that the famous director made the best decision regarding the cast he chose for the film, since they managed to get the public to connect with it, however, he affirms that he would have loved it be on that space adventure.
