Aespa announces full English song “Better Things” to hit U.S. charts

KPOP record label SM Entertainment officially reported that their girl group Aespa will release a new all-English single titled “Better Things” on August 18. The song will be a fast-paced song characterized by a summer mood, featuring the sound of percussion instruments and rhythmic pattern.

The lyrics will contain a positive message that invites people to use their time for more valuable things. Aespa will become the first KPOP group to appear at the Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival, which will take place in San Francisco on August 11 to promote the song, and, subsequently, will kick off its 14-city world tour in North America and Europe.

“Better Things” joins ‘Girls‘ pre-single “Life’s Too Short” as the Asian group’s only all-English songs. With the track, the group has announced a sitcom series starring NingNing, Winter, Karina and Giselle. The first episode has already been released, the second on August 9 and the third on August 11.

MY, the name of Aespa’s fandom, are very happy about the girls’ release schedule, excited for all the content they will have from the group this summer. With “Better Things,” SM Entertainment plans for the group to achieve longevity in the English-speaking charts, with the United States as a priority.

Through social media, Winter, NingNing, Giselle and Karina have also released an incredible preview of the choreography of “Better Things”, following with a spectacular summer aesthetic, you can see the preview of the choreo and the song posted by the girls down below:
