Social networks went crazy with the news that singer Ricky Martin would be divorcing his partner, making everyone start speculating, even some people started to say that it could be an infidelity, but it has not been until now that Ricky would be talking about what happened with their relationship.

The singer decided to talk to the media ‘Telemundo Puerto Rico’, and revealed that the decision to divorce had been taken with plenty of time and calmly, of course, with her then husband, Jwan Yosef, so he wanted to make it clear that it was a decision taken by both, and that it was discussed even before the COVID-19 pandemic crisis occurred.

“Jwan and I will always be a family. We share two children in common that of course we will raise together and this is not of now. We have been planning this situation for a long time, this is pre-pandemic.” Ricky commented in his interview with the Puerto Rican media, assuring that despite their separation, their children will not feel the pain of having parents in constant conflict.
