Cardi B could face legal charges for throwing a microphone at a fan

After the recent problem in which Cardi B was involved, in which during a concert she aggressively threw the microphone she was using towards an assistant, the rapper could face legal charges for harming her fan who has filed a lawsuit with the authorities.

In the middle of her presentation, an assistant decided to throw her drink at the artist, causing her to become enraged to the point of strongly throwing her microphone at her, however, this ended up affecting another fan that was close to.

After images of the controversial moment quickly went viral on social media, local police opened an investigation into this public assault, Las Vegas state media reported. The authorities also have taken the viral images as evidence to draw the conclusions in the case.

Among the different footage of the situation, one shows a woman apologizing as security personnel take her from the place. From another angle, it is observed how the microphone thrown by the artist did not hit the person who threw the drink, but another assistant who could be the one who filed the lawsuit.

According to the Las Vegas police department, the lawsuit indicates that an object that came from the stage hit her, however it does not indicate that it was Cardi B who threw it although the date and place coincide with the incident, for this reason the authorities open an investigation into the artist.
