The music video of “Set Me Free Pt.2” by Jimin, member of KPOP superstar group BTS, has surpassed 100 million views on YouTube, according to reports given by Big Hit Music on Tuesday, August 1, 2023. The music video achieved the milestone, the day before, at around 1:44 a.m. (Miami time).
“Set Me Free Pt.2” is a track from Jimin‘s first solo album, titled “FACE,” which describes the will to move forward freely, overcoming various inner feelings, such as pain, sadness and emptiness. The song topped the iTunes “Top Songs” charts in 110 countries around the world, and reached the third spot on Billboard‘s “Hot 100” singles chart.
Currently, Jimin continues to promote his debut album “FACE,” while the other members of BTS fulfill the mandatory military service cycle in South Korea. According to reports, the 27-year-old idol reached this milestone 4 months and 13 days since the official release of the music video.
In parallel, the BTS member is supporting the solo works of his other group mates, currently supporting Jungkook with his debut single “SEVEN” and soon Kim Taehyung.
