HBO cancels contract for “House of the Dragon”

When the world found out that there would be a series in the same universe as Game Of Thrones, all the fans were excited because they would have the opportunity to see all these kingdoms in action again, but unfortunately it was not what people expected and it did not have the success of the series mentioned above. HBO cancels contract for “House of the Dragon”.

Although the fans received with much excitement this new HBO series did not meet the expectations of the people making it not have the same popularity as the series released a few years ago Game Of Thrones.

The Hollywood actors and screenwriters strike is leaving a great number of sequels, since because of this many projects have been completely stopped and have not been able to continue with their shootings. The last one who had to suffer the consequences was George RR Martin, as HBO decided to cut his contract.

This news has worried the followers of House of Dragon, as they know that without the director George RR Martin, this masterpiece may go on pause, postponing its next release in 2024, however, the director shared in his blog that at least the filming of this series could continue without problem and is all finished, because although they support their colleagues in the United States, they belong to the British Equity union and not to SAG-AFTRA, which means that perhaps the series can meet their stipulated schedules.
