Barcelona, Gerard Piqué, became a trend again when he decided to give his opinion about the unexpected love breakup between Rosalía and Rauw Alejandro, sending a controversial message, which has been considered to be hypocritical if we consider the controversy that the ex-footballer went through with the Colombian singer Shakira when they divorced due to him cheating.

This separation caused a strong stir on social networks, as it caught everyone by surprise, they seemed to be a very stable, happy and very loving relationship, at least judging from what both artists shared through their social networks, and now, all of the sudden, the news of the breakup of their relationship was announced, which, according to the press, was mutual. In addition to this controversial situation, there is the advice that businessman Gerard Piqué has sent to the former couple of artists that has also added to the polemic.

Through the transmission of his program with the famous streamer Ibai Llanos, Gerard Piqué covered the Rosalía and Rauw subject and said he knew very well what was happening within their relationship. The Catalan assured that he does not agree at all that fans and people in general talk or comment on other people’s private lives, and that these situations should be settled away from the media and networks.

“Due to my experience, I do not like the media and the public talking about personal matters such as a breakup, and if the statement was made public by the artist, it’s best that people don’t voice their opinions about it”. Those  were the words of the ex-football player that led many internet users to point out that he was being cynical and hypocritical about the matter, since he was unfaithful to Shakira with Clara Chía Martí, a model much younger than the Colombian superstar.
