The legendary American actor Johnny Depp was found fainted in a hotel in Budapest, Hungary. The popular performer is in delicate health, so people in charge of him have taken the decision to cancel his upcoming concerts.
Through their social networks, Hollywood Vampires, the band to which Johnny Depp belongs, said they were extremely sorry for not performing in front of their fans in Budapest who had already bought their tickets. Although no further details were given, they assured that it was due to unforeseen causes.
However, days after the incident, the newspaper Daily News Hungary has revealed the sad news that Depp’s health was affected and that the incident was serious. They had to call a doctor to make sure that there were no further complications and that was the reason why they canceled the concert.
Now, local Hungarian media have assured that hours before the July 18th concert, the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean‘ star was drinking and reportedly said he was feeling sick. He did not even take part in the sound check:
“Everything was ready, the stage was ready, the backstage crew was ready to party. It didn’t occur to anyone that there might be a problem, especially since the band members had done the sound check. No one thought about the fact that Johnny Depp did not participate. His microphone was installed by a staff member, but that’s not unusual for such stars“, an attendee told the newspaper.
