Since Prince Harry left the royal family his life has not been as easy as he would like it to be, as he is not getting the royal treatment he has been used to all his life, so much so that the President of the United States apparently turned down Prince Harry and his wife’s request.
Prince Harry decided to leave the royal family after problems he had with his wife, former actress Meghan Markle, causing him to move to the United States to try to have a different life than the one he used to have, but apparently, not everything is going as planned.
The British newspaper The Daily Mail has stated that, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s aides approached the White House to ask if they could fly back from London to the United States together with President Biden and First Lady Jill Biden on the presidential plane, following the death of Queen Elizabeth II last September 2022.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had intended to fly back to the United States on Air Force One with Biden after the Queen’s funeral. However, the president flatly denied them.
“Are the Sussexes’ attempts to become political players in the United States failing?” the newspaper questioned.
Elizabeth II’s funeral ceremony was attended by heads of state from around the world and even there Prince Harry and Meghan, who at the time were also very much at odds with the British royal family and the crown in general.
