Christopher Nolan is well remembered for Christian Bale‘s Batman trilogy, ‘The Dark Knight‘, chosen as one of the best according to his fans, and although he did an excellent job giving life to this comic book character, the renowned director has surprised everyone by giving a safe answer to whether he would return to direct a superhero movie.
With his upcoming release, where he will tell the story of Robert Oppenheimer, Christopher Nolan has participated in numerous interviews and podcasts revealing details about his work, and it was on this occasion in an interview with Hugo Décrypte, where in the middle of a game, the director had to answer “yes” and “no” to the quick questions he was asked, being there where he revealed his strong answer.
“After Batman, would you like to make another superhero movie?” said Hugo, to this Christopher Nolan answered a confident “No“. Likewise in the middle of the talk he revealed that the reason why he would not do it was linked to the evolution of artificial intelligence and how this is impacting movies, then he mentioned that the qualities that make a movie good or not, sometimes go beyond its budget and its ability to be a director.
Christopher Nolan dropped the greatest superhero movie trilogy of all time & just dipped.
I miss his *midas touch* on these kinds of films so much but I respect him. He didn’t even hesitate. 😂 https://t.co/DJInlyUlX5
