Artificial intelligence has come a long way in recent years, and it is no secret that it is very useful in different aspects, but, if not used with caution, it could be a tool that could be used for malicious purposes.

Now with this technology it has been possible to represent different characters from animated movies in real people, and this is what DreamWork‘s iconic ogres, Shrek and Fiona, would look like.

People have made a huge amount of images and artistic recreations thanks to this virtual tool, and it was only a matter of time before the most famous pair of ogres in cinema made their appearance in their most realistic version.

Thanks to the AI Midjourney software, a group of fans of ‘Shrek‘ have successfully recreated the faces of the cute ogres as if they were human, the images were created with an impressive level of detail. The prestigious artist Hidréléy Diao, gave the final touch to the images, so the results obtained is simply impressive, thanks to this we could see a much more humanized Shrek and Fiona, the portraits were praised by many fans of the saga, some others simply laughed about it.

In any case, fans have assured that the cute ogres look much better in their animated version than in this more realistic one, although they don’t look bad, they can’t lose the original essence. Do you like how artificial intelligence has recreated the iconic characters of Shrek and Fiona?
