Jenna Ortega confirmed what we all expect for a 2nd season of ‘Wednesday’

Undoubtedly the famous series ‘Merlina‘, starring Jenna Ortega, was a dark humor series made by the Netflix platform set in the teenage life of the Addams’ daughter, being a resounding success worldwide, as at the time it accumulated hundreds of millions of hours of playback and entered the top 10 in several countries.

Netflix got it right by telling the story of the Addams’ eldest daughter, showing us the life of a character that has enchanted both old and new fans of the crazy Addams family, which kept fans hooked to every episode of the series, who also complimented Jenna Ortega’s performance for such an excellent representation.

Recently, Jenna Ortega was very excited about the second season of the Addams’ eldest daughter, revealing what we were all looking forward to. This 2023 brings many surprises and it seems that between them is the second part of this series, although at the moment neither Netflix nor the director have revealed any specific date. However, the actress has expressed what she would like to happen with her character, as she found the first season a bit boring.

“I want Merlina to be more evil and dark, I would like her to not be a heroine who is always saving the school, as there are many lines about that, I want her to follow an anti-hero attitude instead of a typical hero“, revealed Jenna Ortega in an interview. These statements excited all the fans who were left expectant and asking for more after the first season of the series.
