Popular Jin, the longest-serving member of popular South Korean Kpop group BTS, considered quitting being a Kpop artist for a peculiar reason. The revelation has come as a surprise to ARMY, as currently such an idea seems completely impossible to formulate, given the huge success the idol and the group have enjoyed.
Today, the official book of BTS went on sale worldwide. With it, many secrets have come to light, and one of them has to do with Jin and his desire to end his career if the group broke up.
In ‘Beyond The Story‘ it was learned that Worldwide Handsome was about to quit his career as an artist, the idol said that if BTS did not renew his contract with HYBE, he would retire from the entertainment industry for good, as without Bangtan he would not be able to continue.
These confessions have shocked their fans, as they would not have imagined BTS without the presence of Jin, who is currently serving his mandatory military service.
BTS’ contract with HYBE was set to expire in 2020. However, the group and the company agreed to extend it for another 10 years, which was a move that has been hugely fruitful so far.
Meanwhile, Jin will be able to spend much more time as one of the members and vocalists of BTS.
