King Charles III and Queen Camilla Parker squandered millions of dollars on luxury trips only last year

Recently, within the United Kingdom there is a worrying news that has to do with King Charles III and Queen Camilla Parker, and is that they and other members of the royal family are being harshly criticized, after both monarchs squandered millions of money on luxury travel only last year.

It is no secret that King Charles III and his wife Camilla Parker enjoy a multimillionaire fortune thanks to the high positions they currently hold in the British royalty, but lately the issue of travel is something that is getting out of hand, as the most expensive trip they have made has been the trip of both monarchs to Rwanda at a cost of $ 236,945 dollars, all this to attend the Commonwealth summit in Kigali in June 2022.

Likewise, the second most expensive trip of King Charles III and his wife was the one they made to Germany in March 2023 at a cost of $185,698 dollars, in order to visit some cities of the German country and address the German parliament.

Between these two and other trips made by monarchs or other royal members the travel costs between 2022 and 2023 have risen from $762,000 to $4,953,000. Presenting a large increase also in short helicopter trips that exceeded $1,270,180, according to information shared in Sovereign Grant‘s current report on last and current year’s finances.
