Kate Middleton is back in the spotlight due to her latest public appearance at King Charles III’s second coronation ceremony. During the event, Kate surprised everyone with a touching tribute to the late Queen Elizabeth II which is currently going viral on social media.
On July 5, King Charles III and Queen Camilla were presented with the Honours of Scotland at St. Giles Cathedral and were accompanied by several members of the Royal Family, including Kate Middleton and Prince William.
During the ceremony, the Princess of Wales caught everyone’s attention with her outfit: she was wearing a beautiful royal blue coat dress with a matching hat. After several photos of her look were posted online, the only community was quick to call it “the most beautiful outfit Kate has ever worn”.
On top of that, she was also wearing a pair of pearl earrings and a Japanese pearl choker that used to belong to the late Queen Elizabeth II. According to several royal experts, it is clear that Kate was paying tribute to her grandmother-in-law which caused a heartwarming reaction among the attendees and royal followers.
Although this is not the first time that Kate Middleton has worn the choker, it looks like she wants to make sure that Elizabeth’s legacy lives on. Over the past few months, it has become a costume for Kate to wear different pieces of jewelry that evoke her memory.
