Ezra Miller is in danger of being fired from DC Studios after ‘THE FLASH’ is a complete box office failure

Ezra Miller was expected to become the next big star of DC Studios’ Extended Universe  with ‘THE FLASH.’ However, the movie is now considered a complete box office failure and people were quick to blame the actor’s controversial behavior and legal issues for the underwhelming public response to the film which might also get them fired from the studio.

After its premiere, ‘THE FLASH’ was immediately met with mixed opinions from both critics and moviegoers so its abysmal numbers at the box office are not surprising. As a result, the film is reportedly one of the biggest failures for DC Studios and Warner Bros. and it will cost them at least $200 million.

According to an industry insider, James Gunn and Peter Safran, who became the new heads of the studio a couple of months ago, are looking to start from scratch with their cinematic universe and move on from the previously established “Snyderverse.” After the latest developments, DC Fans are now wondering if Ezra Miller will continue reprising their role as Barry Allen or if they are going to be fired after allegedly harassing a minor.

In the same vein, several movie critics agree that Miller’s ties with the studio are at risk due to the box office failure of ‘THE FLASH’ and their problematic past. Despite this, neither DC Studios nor Warner Bros. have released an official statement addressing the situation.
