BTS’ V is canceled for refusing to give an autograph to a fan

K-Pop idol V from the famous boy group BTS has been involved in a recent controversy for refusing to give an autograph to one of his fans, due to which the idol has been cancelled and received harsh criticism on social media and cataloged as ‘rude’.

On the official blog of Cheongdam Fragrance, a store that sells fragrances in South Korea, it was shared what happened when the artist visited the place as a normal person to buy products for his car and home.

However, the BTS member refused to sign autographs for a fan who was there and other customers present who asked him to do so. For his part, Taehyung apologized as this was not up to him, as it was a requirement of his agency for his protection and safety.

Despite the sincere apologies and explanations of the singer, the criticism against V was present in the networks, calling him ‘rude‘ and ‘impolite‘. Meanwhile, the idol’s loyal fans came to his defense, arguing that he had his reasons and denying the negative claims against him.

“People who have met Tae really know how kind and gentle he is, so he doesn’t need people’s approval on social media“.
